Personal statement

I attend the Emmanuel Apostolic Church in Leicester. For those who enjoy singing and playing music I recommend the Emmanuel Apostolic Gospel Academy (official website click: EAGA) at the DMU University in Leicester, which I attend. Want to know more EAGA or upcoming events please email me. I must say that the Lord Jesus has made a major impact in my life by guiding me through my education and bringing me to where I am today.

Final Year project: Church Interior Design Package. This was a 3D design software package implemented using Java programming langauage and Java3D API packages. Screen shots.

Research Interests

  • Algorithms and data structures
  • Succinct data structures for representing trees
  • The processing and in-memory representations of XML Documents
The research involves the efficient representation and processing of large XML documents in main memory, where resources are limited. We have recently engineered Succinct DOM, a read-only DOM implementation written in C++ that has efficient memory usage and operational speed. (** Succinct-DOM libraries are now available - download).
    PhD Supervisor: Profressor Rajeev Raman.
  • Current Project: Succinct Indexable representations for XML Documents.
