The final versions of the accepted papers should be prepared using LaTeX and the LNCS style. Although there is no strict limit on the number of pages, we encourage the authors to use no more than 20 pages. It is important that the comments and suggestions of the referees are taken fully into account when preparing the final versions of papers. If this results in papers which are slightly longer that the permitted 20 pages, then it is acceptable. Please, send your papers to firstname.lastname@example.org by .
The accepted contributions will appear as the preliminary proceedings of ARTS 2004. They will be published in the form of a technical report of the University of Leicester and distributed at the workshop.
Publication of the final proceedings of the workshop in ENTCS is being arranged. The deadline for submitting the ENTCS versions will be after the workshop and will be announced in due course.
