Accommodation is available for all delegates choosing "full participation" on registration. Rooms are available in "The Coppice" building, which has just reopened after extensive refurbishment. Rooms are single occupancy and en-suite (towels provided), with wired Internet access for those who bring their own network cables. Rooms are in corridors with shared kitchens and dining areas. Tea and coffee making facilities, along with continental-style breakfasts will be available in the kitchens. Accommodation is provided initially for Monday and Tuesday night (due to the late afternoon finishing of the workshop), but those arriving early on Sunday afternoon (from 2pm) may choose "early arrival" and get bed and breakfast for £36.40.
Arrival and Departure
On arrival, please go to the reception desk in the Facilities Building of New Hall. The porter will provide you with a key to your room and give you directions. The Coppice is right next door to the workshop venue. On departure, please return your key to the reception desk. If you are departing on the 12th June (Tuesday), please let us know that you do not require the room for that night.
We recommend that delegates stay in the accommodation offered due to its proximity to the conference location. However, if you choose to stay in a local hotel, we suggest one of the following*:
*Please note that we cannot guarantee any level of service from these hotels, they are selected due to their proximity to the conference location.
**If calling from abroad, dial 00 44 then omit the first 0 and dial the remaining number.
