Workshop Accommodation

Accommodation is available for all delegates choosing "full participation" on registration. Rooms are available in "The Coppice" building, which has just reopened after extensive refurbishment. Rooms are single occupancy and en-suite (towels provided), with wired Internet access for those who bring their own network cables. Rooms are in corridors with shared kitchens and dining areas. Tea and coffee making facilities, along with continental-style breakfasts will be available in the kitchens. Accommodation is provided initially for Monday and Tuesday night (due to the late afternoon finishing of the workshop), but those arriving early on Sunday afternoon (from 2pm) may choose "early arrival" and get bed and breakfast for 36.40.

Arrival and Departure

On arrival, please go to the reception desk in the Facilities Building of New Hall. The porter will provide you with a key to your room and give you directions. If you are departing on the 12th June (Tuesday), please let us know that you do not require the room for that night.
