Paper Authors

Each paper is allotted a 30 minute slot. Please keep your presentation to 25 minutes, to allow 5 minutes for questions. The session chair will inform you when you have 5 minutes remaining.

There is a data projector and white board available. If you wish to use the projector, please ensure we can connect the standard 15-pin D-type SVGA connector to the visual output of your laptop. If you are not bringing your own laptop, you can use the workshop laptop. Please provide your presentation file in either Powerpoint or PDF format on a USB memory stick prior to your session commencing.

Poster Authors

Posters will be displayed over both days of the workshop. On arrival, please advise that you have a poster to display. Please also check the programme to see when your poster slot is. We request that in your slot, you remain near your poster so other people can ask questions if they wish.

Posters should be maximum A1 size and can be in one sheet or many smaller sheets. We provide poster boards and velcro for those that need it.
